Chemlease ONE FS EZ Semi Permanent Release Agent is a solvent-based, HAPs-free* release for composite moulding. Its one-step wipe-on or spray-on application is applied very lightly and left to dry, reproducing the mould finish. Provides a multiple-release, high-gloss film. Apply 5 coats (7 for new/difficult tools) and cure 30 minutes before moulding. Wipe coats dry 15 min. Spray coats need no wait.
Chemlease ONE FS EZ Semi Permanent Release Agent is used in composite moulding where a high-gloss finish and multiple releases are required, applied as a very light, even film that’s allowed to dry. In practice, the mould should be cleaned of waxes/previous releases first, then apply 5 coats (or 7 coats for new/difficult tools), and cure for at least 30 minutes after the final coat before gel coating or moulding. When release becomes difficult, reapply one coat and allow a short cure before resuming production. For safe handling and storage requirements consult the SDS and follow site safety procedures.
