The MVP range covers the full open mould workflow – from gelcoat application through lamination – alongside injection, adhesive dispensing and ancillary process equipment.

CIEMME
CIEMME manufactures solvent distillation and recovery equipment for industrial applications. Their units allow composite manufacturers to recover and recycle solvent from production waste – reducing disposal costs, limiting workplace exposure and supporting environmental compliance.
The K-series range is available in multiple capacities to suit different production volumes, from smaller workshops through to high-throughput composite facilities.
WIWA
WIWA is a specialist in fluid application technology. Their material fluid heaters are used to raise and maintain resin, gelcoat and other composite materials at the correct application temperature, improving flow characteristics and ensuring consistent viscosity during spraying.
Correct material temperature directly affects spray atomisation, film build quality and laminate consistency. WIWA heaters are particularly relevant in cooler production environments or where material viscosity varies significantly with ambient temperature.

CHEMLEASE
Chemlease is one of the most widely used mould release agent brands in the composites industry. The range spans conventional solvent-based release agents through to semi-permanent systems, covering the full cycle of mould preparation: sealing, priming, releasing and cleaning.
Products are formulated for use with polyester, vinylester and epoxy resin systems across a wide range of mould materials. MVP UK & Ireland can advise on the correct grade for your process and provide on-site application training.
ZYVAX
Zyvax is Chem-Trend’s range of semi-permanent and water-based mould release agents for composite manufacturing. The Flex-Z series provides multi-release semi-permanent performance, while EnviroShield and WaterShield offer fully water-based, solvent-free alternatives for manufacturers reducing their VOC footprint.
Zyvax WaterClean completes the range as a water-based mould cleaning solution, allowing some facilities to eliminate solvent-based chemistry from their mould maintenance process entirely.
