Chemlease PMR-90 EZ Release Agent is a rapid-curing, high-slip semi-permanent mould release for closed moulding of abrasive or low-draft parts. It delivers multiple releases with minimal transfer, is easy to apply and offers high thermal stability, helping reduce labour time and cost. Works with polyester, vinyl ester, DCPD, phenolic, epoxy and BMI resin systems. HAPs‑free*, no Class I/II ODS.

Applications

Composite Moulding Polyester Vinyl Ester DCPD Phenolic Epoxy BMI

Chemlease PMR-90 EZ Release Agent is used as an industrial release agent for composite moulding, especially where high slip is needed to de-mould abrasive or low-draft parts – often on “A” sides in closed mould processes. It is selected to support repeatable production through multiple releases between applications with minimal transfer, and it’s suitable across many common resin systems including polyester, vinyl ester, DCPD, phenolic, epoxy and BMI.
