Chemlease 75 EZ Release Agent is used in composite moulding applications where a high‑quality gloss finish is required, particularly where pre‑release may be a concern and a slightly “tighter” release is preferred. It performs well across common moulding resins including polyester, vinyl ester, DCPD, phenolic, epoxy and BMI, making it suitable for a wide range of composite production environments. For application, the TDS guidance is to thoroughly clean the mould, seal with Chemlease 15 Sealer EZ, then apply 4–5 coats with 15 minutes between coats, allowing 30 minutes final cure before production; use preventative touch-up routines as release performance begins to tighten. As the SDS classifies the product as highly flammable and includes health/environmental hazard statements, always follow site safety procedures and consult the SDS before use.
