Chemlease 41 EZ Release Agent is used in composite moulding where you want reliable semi‑permanent release performance while targeting a non‑cosmetic matte or satin finish. For best results clean the mould thoroughly, perform a final clean with Chemlease Mold Cleaner EZ, and seal with Chemlease 15 Sealer EZ before applying the release. Apply 4–5 coats, allowing ~15 minutes between coats and a ~30‑minute final cure before production; use planned touch‑up coats as part of preventative maintenance to keep release performance consistent.
