Zyvax EnviroShield is a universal, water-based semi-permanent release agent that chemically bonds to the mould to minimise transfer and reduce build-up. It offers high slip/lubricity, high gloss and fast room-temperature application with easy recoat/touch-up. Thermal stability is quoted to 260°C (500°F). Recommended for epoxies, phenolics, polyesters, polyamides, polybismaleimides, plus many rubbers and elastomers.

It is recommended for releasing epoxies, phenolics, polyester resins, polyamides, polybismaleimides, and various rubbers and elastomers, making it suitable for many composite and elastomer moulding operations. For best results, remove previous surface treatments/residues/waxes/oils using a Zyvax mould and part cleaner, and ensure the mould is properly sealed with a Zyvax mould sealer before applying EnviroShield.
