The UltraMax Barrier Coat System is specifically designed to dispense sprayable syntactic materials for core replacement and barrier coats. This system is the only one that can handle low density syntactics with compressible spheres, and internally mix them even canalization and thorough mix.
Modular construction enhance the Pro Gun’s versatility, and simplifies disassembly for cleaning and maintenance. The removable mix housing allows rebuilding a “set-up” gun in minutes. The gun’s push-button flush system is also easy on the operator. Material flows directly through the resin port to the mix chamber during flushing, leaving no residual resin to get in “dead” spots. This system includes a 6:1 transfer pump and 3/4 HP mixer.
