The MVP 10:1 Adhesive Systems combine accurate metering with a robust pump design to keep production running and help reduce downtime. The material and accelerator pumps are mechanically linked, helping maintain a repeatable mix ratio that supports consistent working times, improved output, and reduced rework. Built for flexibility, the platform can dispense at variable mix ratios (7:1–19.6:1 by volume) and is offered in 5‑gallon and 55‑gallon configurations so users can match output to daily material demand. In Patriot™ configurations, system features commonly include Chop Check fluid sections, double‑acting piston pumps, no gear pumps, and stainless components such as transfer/catalyst pumps and an UltraBond gun, supporting rugged, straightforward operation.
