The MVP 1:1 Adhesive Systems are fixed-ratio dispensing platforms designed to maintain a 1:1 mix by volume across a range of production environments. The 5‑gallon model uses self‑leveling platforms and a single powerhead to keep both materials at the same level for accurate dispensing in small-to-medium output applications. For higher throughput, the 55‑gallon models use two chop‑check fluid sections that transfer material to a single metering pump and then the applicator gun, delivering consistent output suited to demanding facilities. The Patriot™ 1:1 configuration is built to simplify operation by removing gear or transfer pumps, with one powerhead driving both fluid sections via a heavy‑duty guided linkage, plus pneumatic compensating cylinders that self‑adjust during priming if material levels vary. For safer, controlled dispensing, it can incorporate manifold blocks with 3,000 psi gauges, 1/2″ ball valves, and a safety shut‑off device to prevent pressure from exceeding 2500 psi, supporting precise material placement for adhesives such as methacrylates, silicones, and polyurethanes.
