The Patriot Innovator RTM (Injection) Systems are pneumatic and PLC pumping platforms with fully automated controls built for closed‑mould applications, engineered to inject polyester, vinylester and methacrylate resins with catalyst at controlled pressures. Material is mixed on demand at the injection head, and the catalyst ratio is adjustable from 0.75% to 2.5%, supported by a unique, user‑friendly control panel to simplify operation. To improve process consistency and efficiency, the system integrates fully pneumatic automated controls that manage stroke counting, recirculation, and other injection cycle functions, while built-in safeguards and monitoring features include a Resin Gel Alarm (RGA) and Mold Pressure Guard (MPG).
