The Thermoject V6SC Single Component Injection System has been developed to meet today’s processing requirements for injection of single component resin systems (i.e. single part epoxy materials such as Hexcel’s RTM6 and Cytec Engineered Materials).

The New V6SC ThermoJect injector is an innovative new system featuring highly precise metering technology and innovative re circulating water temperature management of all the fluid sections, providing infinite control of pressure and flow with accurate material temperature control prior to it reaching the mould cavity, ensuring no over temperature levels are reached, providing longer pot life of
unused resin.

The ThermoJect is powered entirely by pneumatics making the system more rugged and safe to operate. The hot water temperature control source can be placed many meters away from the moulding area and connected to the machine by 10mm flexible pipes.

The pressure control set point can be adjusted from 0.3 to 8.0 bar and the system can go from start-up to
optimal heat in approximately 15 minutes.
